Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine took part in a roundtable at the Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhya National University on June 24 was held a roundtable on "The legal status of the plaintiff in an administrative proceeding of Ukraine".
The event was attended by representatives of the judiciary, in particular Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Sytnykov and Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Administrative Court Oleh Prudyvus, and representatives from schools science of administrative law and procedure in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Donetsk.
During the meeting, participants discussed such important issues: the place of the plaintiff to the participants of the administrative proceedings; the nature and structure of the legal status of the plaintiff in the administrative proceedings; implementation of the legal status of the plaintiff in the administrative proceedings; administrative and procedural legal claimant and ways to improve the legal status of the plaintiff in the administrative proceedings.
