August 27, through the efforts of members of the Faculty of Law of ZNU in Zaporizhzhya 1st maternity hospital was public discussion of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine".
The event highlighted the changes planned to make to the Constitution of Ukraine. It is mentioned the issue of prospective model of legal fixing of power decentralization, reform of public authorities in the field, administrative and territorial reform, the powers of government offices, material and financial basis of local self-government, the role of the subsidiarity principle in the organization of local government.
The event was held in pursuance of the letter of internal policy, press and information of Zaporizhzhya City Council from 21.05.2014 №61 / 01-17 "On the revitalization of public discussion of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine" and the letter of the District Administration Zaporizhzhya City Council on Zhovtnevyi district from 26.05.2014 №1103 / 03-11 / 01, based on the need to involve all segments of the population to the extended discussion of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine". This is the second event organized to employees of Zaporizhzhya 1st maternity hospital, to explain all changes planned to make the Constitution of Ukraine.
