In ZNU traditionally held meetings with regional employers, Ukrainian and international businesses, companies and organizations. As part of long-term cooperation of the Faculty of Management and Zaporizhzhya of "Elektroprivod" was today's meeting students managers with the leaders of the company - general Director Vasyl Bryzhytskyi and executive director Yevhen Dymytrov.
Vasyl Bryzhytskyi spoke about the activities and organization of the company it controls. Electrical company manufactures electric, holds a complete set of freight and repair mechanisms. Cooperates with 58 countries in Europe and Asia and plans to expand the geography of its activities. Therefore, the management is interested in promising young professionals in management.
Vasyl Bryzhytskyi informed the students about the working conditions and the employment of young specialists working hours of "Elektroprivod", the specifics of the managers and engineers marketers. Apart from the classic lines of management employees have to master the skills and habits of foreign economic activity of market needs and supply management, be able to make contracts and to negotiate. During the probationary period provided for young professionals, beginners learn the specific types of the manager that are characteristic of this production, participate in training and have the opportunity to demonstrate their professional abilities. By the way, the production company "Elektroprivod" have received training and are former students of the Faculty of Management of ZNU different years graduation.
Director of a Limited Liability answered the students' questions and invited future professionals who are interested in the prospect of work in the company, to be tested and to join the ranks of employees.
