In ZNU celebrated the grand opening of the 51st sports and athletics meeting with mass physical exercises and running
September 12 in Zaporizhzhya National University was opening ceremony of the 51st sports and athletics meeting, dedicated to the Day of Physical Culture and Sports. The event was organized by sports and recreation complex of ZNU, Students' Council of ZNU and Faculty of Physical Education.
At the end of the event, students hold pigeons in the sky and yellow and blue balloons, laid flowers at the memorial to teachers, students and graduates of our university, who died during the Great Patriotic War.
Celebration continued with symbolic run ober the campus of ZNU, with the participation of the Rector of our university Mykola Frolov.
In addition, all interested persons have the opportunity to participate in the popular morning exercises under the guidance of Honored coach of Ukraine in sports aerobics, master of sports of the USSR gymnastics, president of Zaporizhzhya Regional Federation of Sports Aerobics and Fitness Borys Kokarev.
