Lecturer of the Faculty of Management was trained in Europe

D.Sc. in Economics, professor of the Department of Management of Organizations and Logistics Liudmyla Bukharina in early September, attended a three-week seminar in Berlin and Warsaw as a part of the annual training and professional development for managers of the public sector in Eastern Europe.

On a competitive basis as a result of two stages of testing, she received a scholarship of Karl Friedrich Hordeler College „Good Governance“ (www.goerdeler-kolleg.de), created at the initiative and financial support of the Robert Bosch Foundation ( www.bosch-stiftung) and in cooperation with the German Society for Foreign Policy (DGAP).
Its goal - teaching fellows standards and methods of management and administration, adopted in the European Union. College is intended for one year. Now Liudmyla Bukharina has the task for self-study, and in March, waiting for her next seminar in Brussels, and at the end of training - last session in Berlin.
During training Liudmyla Bukharina established many new contacts, she said , that was carried out good networking. In addition, there were many meetings in ministries of Germany and Poland, panel discussions with political leaders and businessmen. She had the opportunity to train in Berlin Institute of Law and Economics. Also seized teacher training course on "Management Modernization" in Potsdam University. Interesting and innovative forms of teaching were such as Oxford debate and "Plan-spire" (situational game). At this time, Liudmyla Bukharina has lot of new ideas and projects that it would like to implement in practice teaching in Zaporizhzhya National University.
