Urgent and important questions of the present time were discussed during the event: service of public defender on criminal cases, improvement of legal aid by investments in staff development, and also Great Britain’s experience in giving legal aid online. Participants of the event paid special attention to an issue of implementation of standards for legal aid in terms of the work of the Legal Clinic at Zaporizhzhia National University.
