In the Scientific Library of Zaporizhzhya National University on the initiative of teaching staff of ZNU Faculty of Law organized a personal exhibition of scientific works of the famous lawer-scientist of ZNU Vasyl Tatsii.
This exhibition was created to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the birth and the 50th anniversary of scientific-pedagogical and social activities talented pedagogue, LL.D., Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Rector of Yaroslav Mudry National Law University, Honored Scientist of Ukraine, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine, State Counselor of Justice, Hero of Ukraine Vasyl Tatsii.
The exhibition includes materials that highlight the key milestones of his life and career and scientific works in the field of criminal law, justice, constitutional law and legal theory. By the way, Vasyl Tatsii is the author of over 500 scientific papers, including - almost 50 books, textbooks and books that make an important contribution to the development of legal science. He also actively developing a theory of law and directions of its formation in Ukraine, which was reflected not only in his publications, but also in the Constitution of Ukraine, the Judicial and Legislation Reform Project.
Vasyl Tatsii can be called the organizer of legal education in Ukraine. As Head of theYaroslav Mudry National Law University, he made a significant contribution to the organization of its activities. Today's leading legal university of Ukraine trains qualified specialists for various sectors of legal practice. Also Vasiliy Yakovlevich spends much community work, he takes care of the problems of modern childhood abandonment, social insecurity and family problems.
Visited the exhibition with students and scholars not only Faculty of Law but also representatives of other Faculties who are interested in legal science.
The entire staff of the Law Faculty of ZNU welcomes him on a holiday and wish further success, inspiration and fruitful work in scientific and educational activities for the benefit of our country!
