Last week, Associate Professor of the Department Theory and Methodology of Physical Education and Sport Valeriia Tyshchenko and students visited "Zaporizhzhya secondary school No.4" of Zaporizhzhya Regional Council. They conducted for pupils an educational event "Olympic Movement" dedicated to the International Day of Sport.
During the event, students watched a presentation about the origin and development of the Olympic movement, in which Valeriia Tyshchenko remembered also Olympians alumni of ZNU. Among them, - Denys Sylantiev, Olha Strazheva, Svitlana Bondarenko, Anna Sorokina, Olena Zhupina, Rostyslav Svanidze, Roman Volodkov, Olena ta Kostiantyn Ruraky, Serhii Kushneriuk, and also Olena Zynovieva, Liubov Klochko and Mariia Syniuhina, who currently teaches at the Faculty of Physical Education of ZNU.
