On April 15 at the Faculty of Law of ZNU held a roundtable on "Support Service and its Regulation". Students of the fourth and fifth year law faculty this time the theme of the meeting and discussion questions chosen clarify the legal status of the support service as one of the varieties of public service in Ukraine.
Senior students of the Law Faculty invited all present to look at the processes of formation of the support service in the light of the national structure elements of the Civil Service of Ukraine.
As part of a roundtable discussion at the touch of many problems, such as: genesis of this part of the overall public service, value and category of state support service and public office positions and foster employee, specific legislative framework of the activities, limits the powers of patronage employees, because in fact they are out of range of the subjects of the tasks and functions of the state, because the nature of their activities aimed at ensuring the effective operation of a subject of their formation.
In general, the performances of students highlighted the nature and importance of the support service in the context of active reform legal framework of the civil service Ukraine.
