Law Faculty Students of ZNU acquainted with the changes that have occurred in Zaporizhzhya region prosecutor's office
On September 22 students of EQL "Specialist" of the Law Faculty of Zaporizhzhya National University under the leadership of its Dean, LL.D., Professor Tetiana Kolomoiets and Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Justice Department Pavlo Shaldyrvan visiting prosecutors of Zaporizhzhya region to familiarize themselves with the changes that have taken place in its activities and structure under the new Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution".
Unpleasant news for future lawyers was the fact that after receiving education in institutions of higher education students who dream of working in the prosecution initially have three years to work as a lawyer. The adoption of the same work by new prosecutors will contest that will include a rating approach to determining candidates of the exam in the form of anonymous testing and training at the National Academy of Prosecution.
Many of the changes, according to the speakers, will take place in the structure of the prosecution Ukraine. In particular, the regional prosecutor's reform 638 will be reorganized into 208 local prosecutors.
