Restoration justice: lections and seminar

Lections on restoration justice will be held at Zaporizhzhya State University on February 17-21, 2003. Professor of the University of Regina (Canada) Otto Driedger – an expert in the field of psychology and jurisprudence - will partake in the lectures. The Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Psychology will work in frame of the project.
International seminar, dedicated to the prospects and problems of development of restoration justice in Ukraine will take place later, on February 26 (ZSU building 1, room 50). The first vice-chairman of Ukrainian State Department in charge of penalties execution, lieutenant-general Ptashinkiy A. B., the public prosecutor of Zaporizhzhya region, councilor of state of the 1st class Sereda G. P. and other representatives of national structures of Ukraine and guests from Canada and Russia are expected to take part in the seminar.
