International scientific and technical conference “Problems of genre, style, literary trend” took place on October 15 – 17, 2003 at ZSU health center on the isle of Khortitsa. It was jointly organized by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Taras Shevchenko Institute of Literature, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of Journalism and the Institute of Philology of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, and Zaporizhzhya State University.
