On the Regional Sports Festival among lecturers of establishments of higher education of III-IV levels representatives of ZNU took the honorary second place.
Such Sports Festival is traditional for our city. That time eight universities participated in it but the chief leaders became Zaporizhzhya National Technical University, Zaporizhzhya National University and Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy. Technical University won in competitions, its representatives assumed 36 general points. Our University became the next - 23 general points. Amount of general points of ZSIA was 18.
The team of chess-players of ZNU was the strongest. One more acquisition of the University in the Sports Festival was the 2-nd place in volleyball.
