September 30 the Faculty of Law of ZNU was visited by the guest of honour, well-known legal scholar, doctor of law, Professor Volodymyr Kurylo.
During a round table meeting devoted to the problems of public administration in the sector of agrarian relations, law students were able to communicate with Volodymyr Ivanovich, and to discuss topical issues of reforming of this economic sector. In particular, during his speech Volodymyr Kurylo drew attention to the necessity to improve as soon as possible the legislation of Ukraine concerning the state control of agricultural activities. In his opinion, the legal and institutional vacuum that was formed is creating now serious problems for enforcement and implementation of economic activities.
During the dialogue with the guest of honour law students offered Volodymyr Kurylo their own solutions for mentioned problems. Mostly, students' suggestions touched upon the process optimization of the judicial protection of the rights of natural and legal persons with public authorities on the question of enforcement of their rights and interests in this area.
