The first little jubilee, still the Union has great achievements already! Results of work for the last educative year, prospects of current year were discussed on report-electoral conference, which gathered students’ scientific potential of our university.
Self-governance in the students’ science is rather unordinary thing: it’s difficult to unite into one team a physicist and a literature-investigator, and what is more - to create facilities for development of scientific interests of both of them.
In the account for 2006-2007 the Deputy chairman of SSU Kim Gulenko told about scientific events at every faculty: International and All-ukrainian conference in biology, law, economics, administrative law, students’ journalism, mathematics and information science. He also mentioned topical round tables and intellectual competitions, educational actions in schools and kindergartens of Zaporizhzhya region, and laboratory investigations and many other scientific-practical, theoretic and research actions.
During the conference the most active participants of the scientific life were marked with honorary brevets and diplomas. Besides, the full array of scientific actions which would continue the previous work were affirmed: publishing of the own information bulletin, which would inform about various opportunities of creative self-realization.
