February 22, in Zaporizhzhya National University was held a meeting with the representatives of the recruitment company "ASA GROUP", as well as the managers of the hotels "Port Nature" (Belek), "Bellis" (Belek), "Green Beach Bodrum" (Bodrum), "Kamelya Collection" (Side), "Stone Group" (Antalya) on the organization of summer internship for students in Turkey.
The meeting began with the acquaintance and conversation of the delegation with the representatives of ZNU: the Vice-Rector for Research Hennadiy Vasylchuk, the Head of the Department of International Relations Nataliya Kostenko, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education Mykola Malikov, the Head of the Department of Tourism Nataliya Makovetska, and the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Anatoliy Konokh. During the meeting the participants discussed the conditions and requirements regarding the students’ internships on the basis of foreign hotels.
Hennadiy Vasylchuk noted that "our University is open to the international cooperation, especially regarding the international experience for our students, for whom an internship in a foreign country will provide a unique opportunity to improve the professional and language skills".
After the official part of the visit, the delegation met with the students of the Faculty of Physical Education. They presented hotels, provided information about the languages of the internship and the duties. The managers communicated with each student personally to estimate their foreign languages level, work experience, and to consider the wishes of young people regarding their work during the internship.
The young people were offered a choice of positions in such hotel departments: Front Office (reception, bellboy), Guest Relations – guest management, Animation (mini club), Food & Bar and Houskeeping – room cleaning.
At the end of the event the participants sincerely thanked the organizers of the meeting: the expert in international operations "ASA GROUP" Anna Sychova (Turkey), as well as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education Anna Sydoruk and the teacher of the ZNU Department of Tourism Daryna Lyuta.
