The second all-Ukrainian students’ scientific-practical conference «Problems and prospects of right reform in Ukraine by eyes of young scientists» gathered in Zaporizhzhya national university about 40 young scientists from all Ukraine.
Representatives from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Donets’k, Lugans’k and Volyn came to us in order to interchange minds in problems, base principles of law reform, and mechanisms of its realization in Ukraine. During the work of sections “History and theory of state and right in Ukraine”, “Philosophy of right”, “Constitutional right”, “Administrative and financial right” and some other their participants discussed the most acute modern problems and tried to find ways of their overcoming. According to results of scientific-practical conference concrete proposals concerning amendments and supplements to modern legislation were formed that would be consigned to corresponding legislative state organs.
