The order to reorganize Zaporizhzhia State Academy by joining ZNU was issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issued an order No. 1162 “On the reorganization of Zaporizhzhia State Academy” signed by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Liliia Hrynevych on October 29, 2018. The document states that ZNU is the legal successor of all property, rights and obligations of the State Information and Information Center. Also, the applicants of Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy continue their studies in ZNU. According to the provisions of the document, Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy is reorganized together with separate structural subdivisions such as Zaporizhzhia Metallurgical College, Zaporizhzhia Hydropower College by joining ZNU.
The order also regulates such question as the creation of a commission for the reorganization of Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy. This commission will work with the documents that need to be prepared in accordance with the legislation, develop and organize the implementation of the plan of measures for the reorganization of Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy, and after completing the reorganization procedure of Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy, will submit to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine information on the measures taken to implement this order.
Today, the first meeting of the commission for the reorganization of Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy was held under the chairmanship of the rector of ZNU Mykola Frolov, where the powers were distributed among the members of the commission, and the main measures to implement the order were discussed.
