First-year postgraduate students continue to master the course “Fundamentals of European Project Activities”, which is implemented in ZNU in the framework of the international EUROPROC project. Together with the professors of the module Jean Monnet, associate professor Nataliia Voronova, they were able to make sure from their own experience that it is quite possible to enjoy the learning process!
Thus, while studying the topic “Monitoring and evaluation of project implementation,” they familiarized themselves with such important functions of project activities as monitoring each stage of project implementation and evaluating both team performance and the project as a whole.
Project teams received from the professor assignments how to develop and implement a project aimed at preparing and conducting birthday celebrations in project teams. In the created Viber or Telegram groups, the participants drew up a plan for the implementation of the project with definition of deadlines and responsible persons, chose a venue, counted the number of guests, made a menu and an entertainment program, created presentations, conducted Google polls and took screenshots of the holiday, which were placed in Facebook networks, picked up playlists, costumes and shared their impressions as if they were at a real celebration.
After the completion of the projects, the participants evaluated their quality and effectiveness according to the forms developed by the professor. In addition, in the preparation of projects, a group of experts worked in parallel, which, according to certain criteria, carried out external monitoring and control over their implementation. As a result, all projects were highly appreciated, and participants even gor interesting gifts.
