Discussion of problems of adaptation of educative organisations to changes

Scientists and pedagogues-practics from all Ukraine called at Zaporizhzhya national university to take part in the 5-th Scientific-practical conference on organizational and economic psychology «Psychological basis of efficient activity of educative organisations in conditions of socio-economic changes».

On plenary session question of professional motivation, peculiarities of managerial identity of heads of educative establishments and some other were considered. More different questions, connected with activity of educative organisations in the conditions of socio-economic changes were discussed on topical sections on the second day on base of the faculty of social pedagogy and psychology of ZNU and schools of the city.
