Lawyers of ZNU discussed issues of agrarian, land and environmental law at the scientific-practical conference in Kharkiv
On December 7 a scientific-practical conference "The current state and prospects of development of land, agricultural, environmental and natural resource law: theory and practice" took place in the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University The conference was organized by the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Ecological League.
Among the 114 participants of the conference there were representatives of the the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, National University “Odessa Law Academy”, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University, University of Customs and Finance (Dnipro city) etc.
Zaporizhzhia National University at the conference was represented by five legal scholars: First vice-rector, professor of the Department of Civil Law Oleksandr Bondar, associate professor of the Department of Civil Law Dmytro Fedchyshyn, associate Pprofessor of the Department of Administrative and Business Law Yaroslav Sydorov, graduate students of the Department of Civil Law Yelyzaveta Asatrian and Tetiana Vorobiova. esentatives of the university related to the land and legal problems of the creation and activities of the united territorial communities in Ukraine, some features of the implementation of rights to common lands, legal support of organic agricultural production, etc.
Anatolii Hetman, moderator of the event, vice-rector for scientific work of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, emphasized that the scientific product in the areas of land, agrarian, environmental and natural resource law should be reflected in the relevant regulatory framework.
The conference was held in the sections of land and agrarian law, environmental law, All-Ukrainian Ecological League.
According to the results of the reports, participants in the conference issued a collection of abstracts of scientific reports and communications.
