The rector of ZNU Sergij Timchenko initiated conducting in Zaporizhzhya national university scientific-methodical seminars, dedicated to problems of external independent testing for school graduates. The first one was dedicated to “Problems of educative, instructive, organizational and psychological provision of external independent testing in 2008-2009 educative years” on November, 14 in our university.
Honorary guests of the seminar became representatives of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine; L. Likarchuk - director of Ukrainian center of appraising the quality of education; representatives of Zaporizhzhya regional state administration and municipal authorities. To participate in the seminar managers of education of Zaporizhzhya and Zaporizhzhya region, directors of schools and heads of district educative centers of Zaporizhzhya were invited. In course of the current educative year more than 8 scientific-instructive seminars are planned, dedicated to external independent testing in different subjects (Ukrainian language that literature, history of Ukraine, foreign languages, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, geography).
