The student of the Faculty of Law, Taras Malchenko is the winner of the Championship of Ukraine in Olympic taekwondo
From March 19 to 24, Kharkiv hosted the Ukrainian Championship in Olympic taekwondo (BT), which was attended by more than 800 participants. Zaporizhzhia National University was represented by a second year student of the Faculty of Law Taras Malchenko.
Within the framework of the championship the ZNU athlete held two fights. In the first, he defeated a sportsman from Odesa with a score of 22: 0, and in the final Taras defeated a representative of the Kharkiv region with a score of 21:24.
After becoming the first in the category of “adults”, Taras Malchenko was selected for the World Championship in the city of Manchester (England), which will be held on May 14-19.
