ZNU will celebrate the Vyshyvanka Day (Embroidery Day) on May 16: do not forget to wear national clothes
Every year on the third Thursday of May, Vyshyvanka Day is celebrated around the world. On this day, millions of Ukrainians wear national clothes instead of normal. Professors, staff and students of ZNU have been actively involved in this remarkable tradition for several years.

By the way, according to the tradition, embroidered shirt will also become a dress code of the Day of Science, which the university will celebrate on May 16 at 1pm in the Academic Building 1, aud. 50. In addition, representatives of the university are among the active participants of the embroidery march, which for several years running in Zaporizhzhia and gather thousands of patriots.
We remind you that on May 16, in honor of the holiday, Sobornyi Avenue will host a bright march in embroidered shirts in Zaporizhzhia. The gathering of the participants of the march will be held on May 16 at 6:30pm near Zaporizhzhia City Council. The participants will head to Heroiv independence square where a concert will be held with the participation of Zaporizhzhia groups. We invite everyone to join this event!
