At the end of April on the basis of Zaporizhzhya National University two-day session of the European youth parliament in Ukraine took place. This action became a part of the First Europe-Ukrainian tour "Dialogue of cultures - a way to tolerance and mutual understanding", initiated by the European youth parliament.
Though from 40 deputies who presented application forms for participation in action only, 26 students from Kiev could visit Zaporizhzhya; work of young politicians did not become less intense and sated. Participants were divided into three committees - "Lіber", " Droі", "Afet". Each of them had the task to accept own resolution on the offered theme which concerned different problems. Session of Parliament was visited also by the students of the faculty of Foreign Philology of ZNU. They had an opportunity to ask questions somebody from lecturers and to check up the level of their English. In fact all work of parliament was in this language.
By the way, the French coordinator of the project Demien Rutku-Megru, telling about the impressions of the Ukrainian students, noted their free mastery of the language of the international dialogue, understanding of importance of participation in such actions. Demien also told about the structure of carrying out of the tour: in total five international brigades arrived to Ukraine, before each of them is the task to organize a problem session of parliament in three cities.
Zaporizhzhya became the first for his brigade for this reason it is very important for them to lead this action successfully. By the results of the tour it is planned to lead all Ukrainian session of youth European parliament in Kiev.
