On May, 5th at Zaporizhzhya National University a round table discussion took place at participation of Olexaner Starukh, the chapter of Zaporizhzhya regional state administration, Anatoly Svitlytsky, the vice-president of Zaporizhzhya regional council, Maryna Inyakina, the deputy chief of Central administrative board of justice in Zaporizhzhya region, Sergy Tymchenko, rector of ZNU, scientists and representatives of not indifferent public. During this action the project of changes in the Constitution of Ukraine, offered by the President, was discussed.
During the session they discussed advantages and disadvantages of present Constitution, found the most optimum ways concerning improvement of its effectiveness. Scientists offered different ways of authority’s work perfection. Some participants of the discussion agreed that the system of the changes, offered by the President, should normalize relations between the president, parliament and the government. They paid the attention that the two-chamber parliament should strengthen representation of regions. Other part of participants of the discussion defended the opposite point of view. Offered changes and strengthenings of presidential authority caused anxiety among scientists.
Great discussion was at discussion of the question concerning the best form of board for Ukraine. Participants of the round table discussion couldn’t come to agreement as for this question.
