Interregional municipal readings “Constitutional foundations of the local authority organization” took place on October 9th in Dnipropetrovs’k. Around 1100 people from Dnipropetrovs’k, Zaporizhzhya and Crimean regions participated, among which there were the ZNU teachers of departments of Law and Sociology and Administrating.
There were several issues discussed: the problems of the public power in Ukraine, reforming of the territorial organization, and constitutional foundations of administrative and territorial state.
