On December 23rd in 8th building of ZNU there was the round table discussion "Social Pedagogues Employment: Ways, Problems, Perspectives" organized by Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology.
A lot of interesting papers were presented at the round table. According to some of them, 29% of social pedagogues work at the proper positions in social organizations, 56% - in schools, 18% - in places of culture and creativity. 76% of them found the job with relatives' help, and only 24% - using the announcements. Specialists gave some advice to the future social pedagogues: for instance, to enhance their qualification to the Master level, and participate in the volunteers movements.
