On July 5 the festive diploma handing to the Biology Department graduates took place in the university. 325 people received diplomas. The foreign guests Academician Gotlib Poltzer and Candidate of Biological Science, Assistant Professor of Irkutsk Agricultural Academy (Russian Federation) Alexander Sinilov were the honored guests of the holiday.
The Dean Lyudmila Omelyanchik handed the diplomas to the graduates and said that they received high level of knowledge, that is proved by numerous probations (including foreign ones) and internships that the graduated had been working on while studying in the university. They practiced in biochemical, immunological, chemical laboratories. It gave them much of perspectives for future.
The honors graduates received not only diplomas, but also medals.
