In honor of celebration of the 450th anniversary of Peresopnytske Gospel the Philological Department of ZNU organized the round table, where the students lead by the Associate Professor Svitlana Sablina discussed the secrets of this political symbol and spiritual charm of the Ukrainian nation.
In their presentations the students discussed the history of creation and translation of this historic artifact, its orthographical and lexical features, the last mentions about the Gospel in the historical annals, legends about the medieval town Peresopnytsya, and its masters, who worked on Gospel translation into Slavic language.
