Target groups: administration and governance of the EaP universities, IT and tech support specialists, university teachers, students from preschool and schoolteacher training curricula, preschool, school, and university teachers, policy, and decision-makers, educators from different educational establishments and citizens interested in taking the MOOC and improving their digital skills.

Project aim: to equip the beneficiaries with a vision and a strategic plan for digital excellence in higher education: enhance technical, IT, and digital competence in the target institutions and pave the way to developing sustainable digital professional support for educators from kindergartens to doctoral levels.
The project’s goals are:
- to professionalize prospective teachers’ training at universities by introducing new courses;
- to disseminate the experience for local communities and other Ukrainian HEIs;
- to develop strategic plans on educators’ digital competence;
- to improve partners' efficiency in the technology mediated learning environment;
- to ensure educators’ sustainable support on their digital skills development, to develop tools to boost digital skills;
- to internationalize and develop skills of EaP teachers and IT/tech support;
- to share experience of digitalizaion.
Expected results:
- Acquainting EaP partners with the principles of the Digital Competence Framework.
- Surveying the local educators and developing a “University Strategic and Commitment Plan on Boosting Educators’ Digital Competence in the Region” and “National Recommendations on Development of Educators’ Digital Competence” that would provide grounds for further digital transformations in EaP education systems.
- Adopting the most efficient European practices of digitally mediated learning and incorporating them to design and launch new and updated current courses with didactically strong digital content for BA, MA, PhD students who will subsequently employ new technologies in their work and modernize preschool, school, and tertiary education.
- Improving educators' and students’ digital skills essential for navigation in the massive modern flow of information, for their professional activity and beyond, in response to the current digital pressures and challenges.
- Establishing and launching the Centres of Excellence of Digital Learning and Educational Technologies that will sustain partners’ further skill-sharing activities and facilitate educators’ professional development.
- Developing and launching MOOC "Digital Competence and Skills for Educators", Digital Hygiene test.
- Оrganization of seminars and conferences, promoting digital forms of education for students and in-service teachers of the region
