International activity is an important component of the development strategy of the Faculty of Economics, aimed at full integration into the world educational and scientific space. Significant changes in the international work of the Faculty of Economics have taken place since 2009 with the arrival of the Dean, Doctor of Economics, Professor Alla Cherep, who intensified international work, identified priorities for international strategy of the faculty and ways to achieve them.
The main tasks of international activities of the faculty in accordance with the identified priority areas Development strategies of Zaporizhia National University for 2018-2022, were cooperation with foreign institutions of higher education in the field of science and education, preparation and implementation of international educational and research projects, intensification of academic mobility of students and teachers, organization of foreign education, teaching English, improving foreign language proficiency of teaching staff faculty.
In recent years geography of international relations of the Faculty of Economics has expanded significantly and is growing to include Germany, France, the Netherlands, Estonia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, China, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan and others.
The Faculty of Economics of ZNU has agreements on bilateral cooperation with educational institutions of Kazakhstan, Poland, France, Bulgaria.
In the long run, the development of international work involves the conclusion of agreements on cooperation with foreign universities in order to participate in double degree programs, international conferences and round tables, internships, as well as attracting foreign students to the Faculty of Economics.
