International activity


International activity is an important component of the Faculty of Physical Education, Health and Tourism, aimed at training highly qualified teachers, developing scientific research, and of course integrating the university into the European and world educational space.

Significant changes in development of the international activities of the faculty began to take place in 2007. thanks our Pr. Malikov Nikolai Vasilievich, who intensified cooperation with international institutions, determined the priorities of the international development strategy of the faculty and how to achieve them.

The main objectives of the international activities of the faculty, in accordance with certain priority areas of the development strategy of the Zaporizhzhya National University for 2018-2022, were cooperation with foreign universities in the field of science and education, cooperation with foreign operators and hotel complexes, promoting the academic mobility of students and teachers, organizing the training of foreign citizens, increasing the level of professors of foreign languages, faculty

For international relations of the Faculty of Physical Education, Health and Tourism includes such international tourist company. For example: Anex Tour, Calypso Tour, PeninsceTour (Turkey); "BBstaff" and "Smart Tour LTD," which are official representatives of the hotel complexes Mon. Cyprus, Turkey and Bulgaria; Health centres and rehabilitation clinics in Slovakia and Turkey.

Also, the Faculty of Physical Education, Health and Tourism has agreements on bilateral cooperation with educational institutions of Bulgaria, Poland and Belarus.

In the future, the development of the Faculty of Physical Education, Health and Tourism provides for the conclusion of cooperation agreements with foreign higher education institutions for the participation of students and teachers in international conferences, round tables and internships; participation of applicants for higher education in dual diploma programs. Also, the prospects for the development of international work of the faculty include the expansion of the geography of countries for cooperation in the tourist and recreational direction.
