The international activity of the Department of Design of Zaporizhzhia National University is aimed at integrating educational services and scientific potential into the international university community and obtaining additional opportunities for comprehensive development.

In 2020 a memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed with the Baltic International Academy (Baltijas Starptautiskā Akadēmija, Latvia, Riga), in 2022 — a cooperation agreement with the Lithuanian art residence Kintai Arts (Kintai, Lithuania) and Merkur Academy of Vocational Education (Akadémia odborného vzdelávania Merkur, n.o., Kaluža).
