Despite the relatively "young age", the Department has its own achievements: 25 scientific and methodical works have been published (including 2 monographs, 4 manuals stamped by the Ministry of Education and Science).
Teaching Scientific Staff participate in the international, all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, symposia, seminars. On the basis of the Department of Performing Arts and Design the international scientific-practical conference "Music therapy as a social and psychological rehabilitation: theory and practice" was held in 2008 (Ukraine, Germany, Norway, Belarus).
