The Department of Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Licensing was established by the Rector Decree in 2007 to ensure the implementation of state policy on quality of education assurance, licensing and accreditation.
The department is a structural unit of the University and reports to the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
